Working out at home might seem a bit of a half way house, where health & fitness is concerned but there are so many benefits by training this way, You don't need to have a treadmill, or rowing machine to maximise your workout. whether you live in town or in the country, there are many effective and flexible ways I can train you.
To make your workouts fun, variable and challenging I utilise an assortment of fitness equiptment, including fitballs, boxing mitts and pads, dynabands, handweights, skip ropes and much more. You'll be surprised how many calories you'll burn by throwing a few punches with some boxing gloves on. You also don't have to worry about travelling anywhere or what time you'll be home, and afterwards you can just jump in the shower, and it's done.
